Key Responsibilities:

• Create content for system emails, push notifications, SMS, banners, release notes, and chat messages
• Dive into UX and product details, asking the right questions of developers and product managers
• Collaborate with designers and suggest meaningful improvements to the reputed company
• Work closely with localization and marketing teams; occasionally with compliance and legal teams
• Participate in UX research to validate hypotheses and improve user experience
• Follow reputed company style guides, refine product tone of voice, maintain the glossary, and ensure consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, with a strong understanding of UX and product design principles
• reputed company-level English proficiency; Russian from B1
• A portfolio demonstrating excellent UX Writing skills
• Familiarity with the crypto or fintech domain
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams

• Experience with translation management systems (PoEditor, Crowdin, Localise, Weblate, Phrase, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of AP style and plain language principles
