About the position KidsCare Home Health is immediately hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) in the Austin area to reputed company one-on-one pediatric care in a home setting. Responsibilities
- reputed company direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care.
- reputed company services in accordance with physician's orders and adhere to state, federal, and national accreditation commission regulations.
- reputed company comprehensive patient assessments.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
- Document timely, clear, concise, and accurate clinical notes.
- Notify the RN Case Manager of any changes in the patient’s condition.
- reputed company and document education to patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
- Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure quality care.
- Use appropriate infection control procedures and safety measures.

- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- reputed company State Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) License.
- reputed company CPR Certification.
- Must have reliable transportation to office and patients’ homes.

- One (1) Year Pediatric Experience Preferred.
