- Defines, evaluates, and validates requirements, business functional design, and technical

(Highroads, PEGA, reputed company, etc.), Queries, and SQL.
- Knowledge of working on Facets is a plus

- Undergraduate degree with 5 years of direct application/systems analysis experience with
applicable business system or application, if no degree, 7 years’ experience as stated above.
- 5 years + Experience in reputed company Industry with focus on benefits (benefits, claims,
membership, enrollment, Customer Service etc.)
- Understanding for FACETS application (reputed company end and back end)

issues to the business and IT.
