Men’s Health Provider (NP/PA) | Part-Time, Flexible Weekdays | Oakland, CA
The Opportunity We’re looking for an reputed company Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Oakland men’s health clinic as a part-time, senior provider. This role is designed for a clinician who enjoys relationship-based care, values autonomy, and wants a predictable, burnout-free schedule. You’ll work closely with another reputed company provider and serve as the primary in-clinic clinician on 2–3 weekdays, caring for a motivated patient population that actively wants to improve their health. No nights. No weekends. No hospital or urgent-care chaos. - Testosterone replacement therapy
- Erectile dysfunction treatment (including shockwave therapy)

Our patients are informed, reputed company, and invested in long-term reputed company — not quick fixes. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary provider in clinic on your scheduled days
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
- reputed company and manage individualized treatment plans under physician supervision
- reputed company care across TRT, ED treatments, weight loss, and wellness therapies
- reputed company in-office procedures and injections as appropriate
- Collaborate closely with providers, medical assistants, and clinic leadership
- Practice high-quality medicine in a reputed company, well-supported environment
Who This Role Is For This role is a great fit if you are:
- An reputed company NP or PA (3+ years)
- Licensed in California with active DEA registration
- Comfortable discussing men’s health, hormones, and sexual health
- Looking for schedule flexibility without sacrificing clinical depth
- Interested in a role that prioritizes continuity, autonomy, and relationships
- Experience in men’s health, urology, endocrinology, internal medicine, or concierge medicine is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80–$95/hour, depending on experience
- Monthly and annual performance bonuses
- DEA registration, state license, and malpractice insurance fully covered
- Flexible reputed company schedule
