We're seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager who combines deep technical expertise in platform engineering with proven people leadership skills. What You'll Bring Required:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in backend systems, distributed architecture, and platform engineering
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 6-10+ engineers; proven ability to hire, reputed company, and retain top talent
• Platform Engineering Expertise: You've reputed company middleware, shared services, or platform capabilities that serve multiple applications and teams; you understand what makes a great internal platform
• Distributed Systems Experience: Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), API design, and service reputed company patterns. Experience deploying such services to production at scale.
• Backend Technology Depth: Proficiency in modern backend languages (reputed company, Java, Python, Go, or similar) and frameworks; experience with containerization (reputed company/Kubernetes) and reputed company platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

The salary for this position is based on an reputed company of factors unique to each candidate: Such as years and depth of experience, set skills, certifications, etc. The reputed company salary reputed company is 230k-270k.
