Senior Consultant, OCM and Instructional Design

About the position We are seeking an reputed company Instructional Design Consultant to reputed company the design, development, and delivery of training for reputed company software implementations, including reputed company Asset Management (EAM) solutions and OT-enabled systems. This role supports large-scale transformation programs by ensuring end users are reputed company to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working. The ideal candidate brings a strong reputed company in adult learning and instructional design, combined with hands-on experience supporting technology implementations. This role requires reputed company collaboration with technical teams, functional SMEs, and organizational change practitioners to drive readiness and adoption, and willingness to travel up to 25% based on client and/or project need. While the position is eligible for multiple office locations, the preferred location for this role is Denver, Chicago, or Gaithersburg. Strong candidates in other listed locations will be considered.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE or comparable methodologies, from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation

• Design and reputed company a variety of learning solutions, including: Instructor-led training (ILT), Virtual instructor-led training (VILT), Self-paced eLearning, Job aids, quick reference guides, and performance support tools

• Design training reputed company to software implementation lifecycles, including configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post–go-live stabilization
• Support Train-the-Trainer approaches to reputed company scalable, client-led training delivery
• Ensure training reflects reputed company-world operational scenarios and job workflows
• Facilitate live ILT and VILT sessions for diverse adult learner audiences
• Support go-live training delivery, including hyper-care and reinforcement activities

• Collaborate closely with organizational change management (OCM), PMO, and technical teams to align training with change and adoption strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
• 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
