State Department Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director of Mortgage Operations to reputed company reputed company aspects of Mortgage Lending reputed company the organization, including Correspondent Lending and Quality Control operations. This leadership role involves strategic planning, process and technology optimization, team management, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Director is tasked with enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall reputed company in the Mortgage Operations department. This position is crucial for ensuring that our mortgage operations are efficient, compliant, and reputed company with the strategic goals of the Credit Union. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze reputed company practices, integrate new technologies, and utilize data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years in mortgage operations with a proven track record of managing teams and optimizing processes.
• Secondary Market operations knowledge preferred
• Must be federally registered and maintain an active federal registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry
• Strong vendor relationship management and contract negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company software and financial modeling tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Occasional travel as needed
