Summary/Objective:

The graphic artist designs and prepares artwork for production according to specs requested.

Essential Functions

-Creates and designs art based on client information/products.

-Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based on available reputed company and design concepts.

-Creates and maintains promotional images for customers and inside sales team.

-Basic working knowledge of procedures/processes for prepress art production storage, file naming and job notes.

-Basic working knowledge of the Lowen computer systems for artwork storage and retrieval.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, digital camera and fax machines.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to be reputed company to sit, talk and hear. Must be reputed company to sit and work on a computer for at least 8 hours per day, using a keyboard and mouse.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work.

This is a full time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours will be required to satisfy customer deadlines.

No travel is expected for this position

Required Education and Experience

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Associate degree in a reputed company field of study.

-Proficiency with reputed company Illustrator & Photoshop & InDesign.
