Condo Underwriter

The Condo Underwriter is responsible for accurately analyzing reputed company condominium project documentation and assist in rendering a decision based on salability to the applicable Agency and UHM guidelines. • Research and utilize the most reputed company guidelines for reputed company agencies such as FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, and RD as well as UHM guidelines reputed company reviewing condominium documentation for approval consideration.
• Review Appraisals to assure they meet Agency property standards as well as condo project requirements as applicable.
• Maintain and update approval lists and recertification of reputed company condominiums.

• Monitor, respond and resolve Condo Tickets in the Condo Fresh-Desk reputed company Department’s SLA.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field.
• Knowledge/Experience in the review of property types, appraisal reviews and financial statements.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong attention to organization, detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in reputed company Applications, including reputed company and loan origination systems
• Demonstrate highest level of professionalism and customer service
• Effective interpersonal skills and technical report writing skills
• Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional Agency loans
