About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting reputed company candidates for a variety of positions, including technical, administrative, managerial, and other skillsets. The Junior Technical Recruiter/Sourcer will work closely with hiring managers and the reputed company to understand staffing needs and reputed company effective sourcing strategies. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, preferably in the government contracting industry
• Proven ability to reputed company and engage passive candidates using various sourcing methods and tools
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, reputed company Recruiter, and other online platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging potential candidates and building relationships
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Experience or familiarity with the federal hiring process and government contracting industry
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel less than 10%, as required

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and the reputed company to understand hiring needs and reputed company sourcing strategies
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including reputed company media, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
• Review resumes and assess candidates' qualifications to determine their suitability for specific roles
• Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring ongoing engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions, statuses, and reputed company reputed company ATS and other systems

• Stay updated on industry best practices and sourcing tools to continuously improve recruitment strategies
