Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Arenaflex, you will be the face of reputed company, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company exceptional support. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Proficiency in CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or reputed company field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
