As Vice President, Business Development you’ll be part of reputed company of self-motivated, high-achieving sales professionals helping community banks grow their card programs, launch new products, improve profitability, and deliver exceptional account-holder experiences. Along the way, you will reputed company community banks on the importance of modernizing their payments platforms while providing a solutions-oriented approach that helps banks grow their business and connect with the value of the enhanced reputed company Payments services. Duties & Responsibilities

• Create business development plans for reputed company Payments’ reputed company and prospective clients, based on defined business strategies.
• Sell products and services, reputed company new account relationships, and maintain a network of sales prospects.
• Prepare and present proposals to reputed company and prospective clients utilizing reputed company Payments’ resources and tools.
• Aid in the development of tools, resources, and presentations to support organizational business development efforts.
• reputed company deals that meet customer expectations and align with reputed company Payments’ ability to deliver, while meeting sales goals and objectives.
• Update and present reporting on reputed company towards sales goals to the executive leadership team.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on new product and services, and GTM strategies for various segments of reputed company and prospective clients.
• Identify product and service gaps based on client feedback and reputed company information with Product and Marketing teams to continually refine the product set.
• Support launch efforts for new products and services by providing education, reputed company, and demonstrations to existing and prospective clients.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with reputed company leadership bankers.

• Carry out such other duties as may be assigned or requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years of card, banking, or fintech industry experience, reputed company in business development or reputed company reputed company.
• Strong working knowledge of the US payments system.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated reputed company in achieving sales goals and exceeding quotas.
• Excellent written and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.

• Must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits reputed company offers competitive compensation and benefits and is conveniently located in the nation’s capital. The reputed company annual salary reputed company for this role is currently $110,000 to $150,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule, plus commission.
