About the Role

The National Director of Field Clinical Operations will reputed company our Regional Clinical Directors (RCDs) and Clinical Leads, ensuring they are equipped to support Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while upholding the highest clinical and operational standards. Responsibilities

• Partner on clinical training initiatives addressing safety, ethics, and reputed company clinical needs
• Ensure that services across reputed company locations meet and exceed quality, safety, and ethical standards
• Travel reputed company (25–50%) to reputed company direct reputed company, support, and training

Qualifications

As an ideal National Director, Field Clinical Operations candidate, you bring to reputed company ABA:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a reputed company field
• reputed company Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a BCBA
• Minimum 5 years in a regional or national clinical leadership role
• Proven expertise in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with children with autism reputed company disorder or reputed company disorders
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company clinical and operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
