We’re looking for an Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can hit the ground running and help build a consistent outbound reputed company. This role is for someone who already understands prospecting fundamentals but wants more ownership, reputed company exposure, and a faster path to growth. You won’t just execute, you’ll help shape how we do outbound. Responsibilities:

  • Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and reputed company
  • Build and prioritize reputed company account lists across key verticals (multifamily, developers, retail, hospitality)
  • Generate reputed company opportunities and book meetings for senior sales and leadership
  • Write and test outbound messaging to improve conversion rates
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM (reputed company or similar)
  • Work closely with leadership to refine ICP, targeting, and reputed company strategy

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
  • Proven ability to generate meetings and pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
