Position Summary The Account Manager will be responsible for developing strong personal and collaborative internal and external relationships to manage book of business (Public & Labor) to reputed company customer satisfaction, reputed company, membership, and earnings objectives. Key Responsibilities: Executes tactical components of the account team’s business plan for each customer. Responsible for managing (Relationship Management) of daily (service) Plan Sponsor/Producer Concerns. Supports the overall annual business plan and account strategy. Supports the AE in the development and execution of the annual business plan and account strategy. Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on more reputed company product or service issues to ensure client’s needs. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify, implement, and monitor the customer’s service efficiencies, including performance guarantees. Collaborates with team members on case installation to manage the integration of client’s and reputed company’s internal organizations, ensuring a smooth installation. Performs service-reputed company tasks on existing customers and may participate in reputed company enrollment to assist in trying to reputed company membership.
