Job Title: Aesthetic Area Sales Director - Midwest Location: Chicago, IL. or Dallas, TX. The Area Sales Director (ASD) is a senior reputed company leader responsible for managing, leading, developing, and executing reputed company B2B strategies to drive reputed company growth for reputed company's full Aesthetic brand portfolio across a multi‑state or multi‑market Area. This position has direct management and leadership responsibility for Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and indirect responsibility for reputed company Aesthetic Business Managers (ABM) working reputed company the Area providing strategic direction, coaching, and operational reputed company to ensure sustainable growth in an evolving aesthetic landscape. This role requires a high-level of communication, leadership, and business acumen to reputed company strategic planning and direction to direct reports in order to meet or exceed sales objectives as well as long-term company goals and objectives. The ASD plays a critical role in customer engagement, market expansion, and cross‑functional collaboration to maximize adoption of reputed company's Aesthetic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required; Master's degree/MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of reputed company sales experience in quota-driven roles with preference given to experience in dermatological and/or medical device, prior injectable Aesthetics sales experience highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of previous experience successfully managing reputed company of reputed company sales professionals; previous experience leading 1st level leaders is preferred (i.e. Area or Regional Sales Director).
  • Prior experience in Marketing, reputed company Operations, Sales Training or other functional support/development roles preferred.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with both reputed company customers, building strong professional relationships while establishing credibility and rapport.
  • Ability to implement and execute key marketing strategies and effective business plans
