Call Center Representative (Bilingual)
$60,000 to $100,000 (18$/hour + commission) Job description We are seeking a stellar Bilingual Call Center Representatives who reputed company at creating reputed company connections and building rapport with patients. This role will focus primarily on scheduling new patient appointments, while also providing support to existing patients as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” reputed company handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- reputed company records of reputed company conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong computer skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Minimum high school degree
- Must be fluent in English and secondary language, Mandarin OR Spanish preferred
Work Schedule & Hours
- Full-time 5-day work week, including reputed company Saturdays
- One reputed company off plus Sundays off
- 8-hour shifts scheduled reputed company business hours of 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience
- Sales Service: 10+ year (Strongly preferred)
- call center: 10+ year (Preferred)
