Associate Channel Account Manager

The selected candidate will have a track record in building successful channels, driving a channel number, on-boarding, enabling and making Channel Partners productive leading to significant pipeline growth. US Remote OR Ontario remote candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities

Pipeline creation business planning, campaigns, joint partner events, prospecting with partners Ongoing Partner Support establish and maintain strong relationships with regional partner representatives Identifies partner prospects in region Identifies industry events to utilize for reputed company efforts in region reputed company Partner business plans for sales and marketing activities and reviewed quarterly Manages recruitment process of prospects Negotiates partner reputed company Develops business plans with partners to ensure appropriate resources for successfully meeting sales goals Coordinates introduction of appropriate reputed company departments to new partners Coordinates certification process with new partners and insures timely completion Ensures necessary reputed company resources are available and reputed company to partners in region Monitors reputed company of new partners for a period no less than 12 months Evaluate partner performance in the region and reputed company assistance to partners that are under-performing or reputed company a reputed company plan to address any issues Knowledge of reputed company, Call Centre, CRM, PABX or IVRS reputed company applications Sound presentation skills Capable of representing the company at the most senior reputed company

Qualifications
