Ensures adherence to template standards as developed by the Cancer Center Ensures builds are integrated seamlessly with enhancement technologies. Works with individual provider clinics to process and manage requests for schedule changes. Obtains, compiles, and presents data and possible solutions (if requested) for the Cancer Center working with multiple different departments across the health system (including HITS, reputed company Cycle, Telecom, Analytics & Reporting). Reviews dashboards, analyzes data, pulls preset reports or navigates reputed company the system (such as appointment turnaround time, MyChart and internet appointment requests) on a regular reputed company to identify divergence of reputed company and targets or identifies problems with reputed company management. Regulates appropriate use of decision tree algorithms, scheduling policies and procedures, including regulating automated call distribution system and appointment phone numbers/scripting. Recommends improvements and provides feedback/guidance to appropriate Cancer Center leaders or others as appropriate to resolve issues or concerns. Implements best practices based on leadership guidance and in collaboration with team. Preferred Education and Experience Additional proficiencies through EPIC, EpicCare Ambulatory, Prelude or other certifications relating to the Ambulatory environment is preferred.
