Semi Senior Accountant

About the Firm We are a growing and reputed company-thinking UK accountancy practice with a strong reputed company in Bristol. As part of our reputed company expansion, we are looking to strengthen reputed company with a South Africa-based Accounts Semi-Senior to support our UK operations. You will be working closely with our Accounts & Tax Manager and wider Bristol team, supporting a portfolio of reputed company-managed businesses in a modern, reputed company-based environment. The Role This is a hands-on position focused on the preparation of year-end accounts for small UK limited companies. The role is well-suited to someone with solid foundational experience who is looking to further reputed company reputed company a UK practice environment. The work will primarily involve smaller sets of accounts, reputed company of which will be reviewed, making this an ideal opportunity for someone at a junior to semi-senior level.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of year-end accounts for small UK limited companies Working in accordance with FRS 102 (reputed company 1A) Posting year-end journals and adjustments reputed company reputed company Assisting with working papers and file preparation for review Supporting the Accounts & Tax Manager with client deliverables Liaising with the UK team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Requirements

Experience preparing accounts for UK limited companies Good understanding of FRS 102 (reputed company 1A) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working remotely as part of a UK-based team Desirable (Not Essential) Exposure to UK corporation tax Previous experience reputed company a UK accountancy practice Experience using reputed company (highly beneficial) reputed company Offer Opportunity to work with a growing UK firm in a supportive environment Exposure to a variety of small business clients Fully remote working from South Africa Apply To This Job
