Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented reputed company Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for large-scale and distributed renewable energy initiatives. This role is essential to our reputed company expansion, focusing on securing high-quality talent across construction, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, utilizing data-driven insights to fill specialized roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Direct the complete hiring lifecycle for both professional and technical roles, spanning project development, field operations, engineering, and asset management.
- Specialized Sourcing: Cultivate and sustain high-quality talent pools for challenging, reputed company roles. Utilize professional networking, industry-specific channels, and direct reputed company to engage passive talent-with a specific focus on identifying technicians.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a primary advisor to department heads, providing actionable insights regarding compensation, market dynamics, and competitive hiring timeframes.
- Manager Coaching: Guide hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, objective evaluation criteria, and consistent selection methodologies, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Operational Alignment: Execute high-volume recruitment strategies reputed company with aggressive construction timelines for multi-site projects.
- Process reputed company: Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations, maintain accurate documentation in the ATS, and track key performance indicators to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven expertise in passive reputed company for technical/field-reputed company.
- Strong consultative skills; comfortable coaching leaders and managing diverse personality styles.
- Ability to work in a "roll up your sleeves" environment where flexibility and proactive networking are key.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-moving, project-based setting.
