Technical Coordinator (Remote)
reputed company is seeking a motivated Technical Coordinator to support programs serving the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Responsibilities
Support program leadership in managing activities across one or more workstreams reputed company VA programs. Serve as a reputed company of contact for stakeholders, building strong working relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication. Assist in coordinating program activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Help identify risks, issues, and dependencies; support development and execution of mitigation plans. Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams as required to ensure timely and compliant delivery of work. Contribute to program reporting, including preparing status updates, briefings, and documentation for leadership. Participate in cross-functional team efforts, supporting collaboration and accountability across stakeholders. Assist with maintaining compliance with contractual, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements. Support internal program operations, including staffing coordination, documentation, and process improvements.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree required (or commensurate experience).5 years of program or project management experience, preferably supporting federal government clients. Familiarity with the Department of Veterans Affairs or other federal agencies is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in dynamic situations. Basic understanding of federal contracting environments and compliance requirements. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience supporting programs with cybersecurity, information assurance, or compliance components. Familiarity with NIST frameworks, ATO processes, or federal reputed company requirements. Experience working with cross-functional or technical teams.
