Position Purpose: Reporting to the Retail Training Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and reputed company retail professional with a passion for coaching and development. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training and coaching programs to Audiology retail team members Drive best-practice customer service standards across clinics Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve training effectiveness Identify capability gaps and reputed company targeted training plans Facilitate training through a mix of methods, including e-learning, virtual sessions, and face-to-face workshops reputed company reputed company and induction programs for new team members reputed company hands-on, on-the-job coaching in clinic environments reputed company and update training materials and modules The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail sales or customer service role (experience in training or mentoring highly regarded) Completion of Year 12 or equivalent Passion for coaching others and delivering outstanding customer experiences Confident facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Proficient in reputed company Office Suite Willingness to travel interstate and must hold a valid driver’s license Proven ability to reputed company results in a customer-facing or sales environment Putting People First One of the ways we reputed company careers is by helping our people reputed company their full potential.
