Job Description:

• reputed company reputed company post-production support services for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules across a portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and strategic advisor for client stakeholders, addressing escalations, resolving reputed company issues, and guiding clients through system updates and enhancements.
• reputed company strong client relationships, understanding each organization’s policies, business cycles, and compliance requirements to reputed company tailored recommendations and support.
• Manage day-to-day support activities: triage tickets, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company timely resolution in alignment with SLAs.
• Own reputed company release management: analyze feature updates, assess client impact, and coordinate testing and deployment with client teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in a managed services model.
• Demonstrated experience in a client-facing or consulting role, providing ongoing reputed company support and advisory services.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, U.S. tax compliance, time calculation rules, and absence/accrual policies.
• Experience leading reputed company release assessments and regression testing in a multi-client environment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously, balancing support demands and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
