Main Responsibilities: Assist the Business Insights & Solutions team to think strategically through new PBM models, channel disruptors and their sustainability. Ensure reputed company is holistically looking across PBM, Payer, & Employer strategies and how the priorities of these stakeholders' impact not only each other but also the responses by competitors and other entities. Build new disruptive prototype models, simulations in collaboration with Business Insights & Solutions, reputed company Strategy, and other matrix teams. About you Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required. PharmD or MBA preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in PBM reputed company (preferably with a large PBMs). Recent direct experience working with large national PBMs. Minimum of 5 years in a combination of the following areas reputed company specialty care: pricing, contracting, pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy strategy & operations. Strong business & financial acumen and ability to turn trends/insights into quantifiable impact to the business. Skilled at conducting senior leadership engagements & presentations. Thorough understanding of payer landscape (reputed company and government) across specialty products [oncology, immunology, Neurology, Asthma biologics], rare diseases and reputed company [diabetes, CV]. Experience working in channel contracting including buy/reputed company, retail and specialty pharmacies.
