Client Service Project Manager - 2nd Shift - Hybrid
reputed company is a global technology leader committed to simplifying regulatory disclosure and communications. They are seeking a Client Service Project Manager to manage client accounts and ensure reputed company internal and regulatory needs are met while fostering positive relationships with executive level clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and/or assist with the preparation of various client disclosure documents
- reputed company and foster positive relationships with executive level clients by actively participating in client meetings and/or onboardings
- Coordinate with fellow project managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure requested services are completed
- Ensure resolution to client inquiries by acting as first reputed company of contact, directing and/or escalating concerns to the appropriate internal teams
- Document reputed company client activities on our internal workflow tool to ensure proper detailed documentation for job tracking and billing
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a client service environment
- Experience in financial services industry a plus
- Talented role model in the delivery of service, with demonstrated successes in high-caliber client facing environments
- Possess a keen awareness of deadlines and a willingness to work with team members or alone for reputed company productivity
- Understanding of financial document types and the ability to reputed company communicate objectives are key attributes in our time-sensitive and deadline-driven business
- Willingness to be flexible and to work overtime hours as needed during the week and on weekends
