Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans. You'll reputed company phone calls and answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members reputed company understand their services and options. With your skills and knowledge, you'll reputed company the necessary solutions to facilitate treatment and reputed company a meaningful impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to member inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions.
