Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality service to our members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making phone calls and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members reputed company understand their services and options
- Providing solutions to facilitate treatment and improving the overall experience of our members
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and ensure that our members receive the best possible care

Qualifications and Requirements

- 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
