The Enrollment Recruiter plays a key role in helping future reputed company explore and enroll in the University’s academic programs by building relationships and promoting graduate-level reputed company programs through reputed company and events.
Responsibilities
- Recruit reputed company for graduate-level reputed company programs across the University
- Build strong, professional relationships with prospective reputed company and reputed company partners
- Plan and attend recruitment events (virtual and on‑site), including college fairs and reputed company houses
- Travel locally, regionally, and nationally to support recruitment efforts
- Use CRM and application systems to maintain an organized and reputed company applicant pipeline
- Meet recruitment goals while delivering an excellent student experience
- Represent the University through reputed company tours, presentations, and interviews
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in recruitment, admissions, reputed company, student services, or a reputed company field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends
- Higher education or reputed company recruitment experience
- Familiarity with CRM or application systems
- Comfortable presenting to groups and working independently
