This role is highly focused on analytics, ideation, and scaling channels, rather than video editing. You will work closely with editors and content teams to ensure videos are optimized for maximum reputed company, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Growth and StrategyOwn and execute the overall YouTube growth strategy Identify opportunities to scale views, subscribers, and watch time reputed company content frameworks and repeatable format. 2. Content Planning & IdeationGenerate high-performing video reputed company based on trends, competitors, and data Plan weekly/monthly content calendars Work with scriptwriters/editors to ensure strong hooks and storytelling 3. Analytics & Performance TrackingDeep dive into YouTube Analytics (CTR, retention, watch time, drop-offs) Identify patterns and optimize underperforming content reputed company actionable insights to improve future videos 4. Packaging & OptimizationGuide thumbnails, titles, and descriptions for maximum CTR Run A/B testing on titles and thumbnails Ensure reputed company uploads follow YouTube SEO best practices 5.
