Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for patients, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and ensuring that their medication orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also work closely with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders that have accounts receivable or clinical issues.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
