Position Purpose: Manage and implement strategies to ensure successful responses to inquiries from state insurance financial examiners across the entire company Work with internal and external stakeholders to establish relationships and ensure timely responses to examination requests. Serve as a subject matter expert reputed company the External Audit team on financial examinations. Maintain archive of prior examination responses and company contacts that can be readily retrieved and updated. reputed company, implement and maintain production and quality standards for the compliance program with a focus on financial examinations conducted by state departments of insurance. Manage analysts tracking multiple examinations and audits across reputed company of reputed company’s licensed insurers, ensuring deliverables are received internally and sent to the examiners timely and accurately. Evaluate and implement changes to team functions and performance in relation to company mission, philosophy objectives and policies. Implement best practices into operations and ensure that department functions are coordinated with other operating departments. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Compliance, Law or reputed company field; or equivalent experience required.
