Position Purpose: Manage and implement strategies to ensure successful responses to inquiries from state insurance financial examiners across the entire company Work with internal and external stakeholders to establish relationships and ensure timely responses to examination requests. Serve as a subject matter expert reputed company the External Audit team on financial examinations. Maintain archive of prior examination responses and company contacts that can be readily retrieved and updated. reputed company, implement and maintain production and quality standards for the compliance program with a focus on financial examinations conducted by state departments of insurance. Manage analysts tracking multiple examinations and audits across reputed company of reputed company’s licensed insurers, ensuring deliverables are received internally and sent to the examiners timely and accurately. Evaluate and implement changes to team functions and performance in relation to company mission, philosophy objectives and policies. Plan, direct and coordinate the implementation of policy reputed company and ensure compliance with the company’s strategic plan, establish the team’s strategic reputed company, objectives and attendant policies and procedures. Implement best practices into operations and ensure that department functions are coordinated with other operating departments. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Compliance, Law or reputed company field; or equivalent experience required. Master's or Juris Doctorate degree preferred. 4+ years Compliance experience, preferably in a reputed company environment; 2+ years of reputed company, Medicare or reputed company Managed Care experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and reputed company reputed company of the level of this position. required. Prior experience with financial examinations conducted by state departments of insurance and familiarity with National Association of Insurance Commissioners standards and procedures for financial examinations preferred, obtained either by experience in the insurance industry or as a state insurance regulator. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
