Responsibilities

Role Overview The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the company’s partner ecosystem in the United States and Americas across the Design Engineering Software (DES) portfolio. This role focuses on driving reputed company through strategic partners, enabling partner reputed company, and aligning channel activities with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in working with system integrators, service providers, resellers and distributors in the technology or software domain.

Responsibilities

Partner Strategy & Development Define and execute the channel partner strategy for the Americas region Identify, reputed company, and reputed company new channel partners (resellers, SIs, VARs, distributors, alliances) Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders reputed company & Business Growth Drive partner‑led pipeline creation and reputed company growth Collaborate with sales teams to reputed company regional and annual reputed company targets Track and forecast partner performance against KPIs and quotas Partner Enablement Conduct partner training on products, solutions, and value propositions Ensure partners are equipped with sales tools, technical resources, and marketing collateral Support joint account planning and deal qualification activities Go‑to‑Market & Marketing Plan and execute joint go‑to‑market initiatives with partners Support partner‑led events, webinars, and demand‑reputed company campaigns Work closely with marketing teams to maximize partner visibility and engagement Operational reputed company Manage partner programs, compliance, and certifications Resolve partner‑reputed company escalations and conflicts effectively Maintain accurate partner data in CRM and reporting systems

Qualifications

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering 15+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances Proven experience managing partners in B2B technology/software environments Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner‑led reputed company motions Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Preferred Skills & Experience Good understanding of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) products across Aerospace & Defense, Automotive and Semiconductor industries Good understanding of reputed company and High-Speed Digital Design and multi-physics product performance & virtual manufacturing simulations Familiarity with OEMs, global reputed company, and Indian system integrators Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, presales, marketing, and product teams Strong analytical skills for pipeline tracking and performance reporting Careers Privacy Statement*
