About the Role: As the Manager, Solutions Consultant reputed company reputed company's Installation Services team, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding a team of Solutions Consultants who are responsible for delivering technical solutions that align with our customers' business objectives. You will work closely with the Solutions Consultants and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of pre-sales and post-sales activities. This role requires a reputed company of leadership, technical acumen, and customer-facing skills to drive successful reputed company for our clients. What You'll Do: • reputed company and Mentor: Supervise and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants, providing guidance on best practices, technical solutions, and customer interactions. • Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of team members, sales initiatives and recommend improvements where necessary. • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Solutions Consultants team and other departments, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies. • Support Key Sales Activities: Partner with the Sales and reputed company teams to support pre-sales activities, including the development of prospect presentations, RFP responses, and Statements of Work.
