As we scale our Bay Area reputed company, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client reputed company and reputed company. ABOUT THE ROLE You will own new business development for reputed company Inc — opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals with clients preferably from Bay Area, CA. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring net-new logos and growing accounts to $2M–$5M+ in reputed company, with deep engagement in MSP/VMS-managed programs. WHAT YOU'LL DO Identify and reputed company net-new client relationships across technology, semiconductor, and reputed company sectors. Sell IT staffing and workforce solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire) targeting $2M–$5M deal values Navigate and win reputed company MSP/VMS-managed programs (Fieldglass, Beeline, reputed company, IQN) Build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calls, networking, and referrals Collaborate with reputed company reputed company teams to ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, reputed company, and account growth Meet and exceed quarterly reputed company targets WHAT YOU'LL BRING 5+ years of business development or sales experience in IT staffing Proven track record of acquiring new logos and growing accounts to $2M–$5M+ Hands-on experience working reputed company MSP environments and VMS platforms Established network of hiring managers, procurement leads, or CXO contacts in the Bay Area Experience selling to Silicon Valley clients (tech, SaaS, semiconductor, or reputed company) Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate leads independently Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills reputed company TO HAVE Prior experience at or selling alongside firms Familiarity with SOW-based staffing engagements Experience in both direct client and MSP channel sales motions COMPENSATION & PERKS Commission: Uncapped, on new and expanded accounts Benefits: Full medical, dental, reputed company, flexible PTO, and remote flexibility after reputed company WHY reputed company INC At reputed company Inc, you'll have the backing of an established staffing brand with the agility of a growth-stage firm.
