Position Purpose: The Specialist - reputed company will support the reputed company Team by reputed company executing administrative duties and actively participating in reputed company reputed company processes. Job Requirements:
- Performs administrative tasks in support of reputed company efforts
- Assists with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
- Assists reputed company staff with job fairs and college reputed company events
- Will create postings and run reports out of our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
- Coordinate background checks through our Background Screening Vendor, notify appropriate personnel of each new-hires reputed company reputed company and schedule new employee orientation classes
Qualifications:
- One to Three years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment
- College degree preferred
- Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills

- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
