The OpportunityWe are hiring an reputed company Senior Engineering Manager to reputed company one of our cross-functional, feature-focused, product-oriented teams. This is a vertical leadership role — you'll drive both the technical and team execution for a key product area, owning it end-to-end.

As a product-led organisation, we prioritise delivering meaningful user value through thoughtful product design, iterative development, and rapid experimentation. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap, define the architecture, and ship features that impact millions of users.

We're looking for someone with strong full-stack engineering expertise and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, ideally reputed company a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

3–5+ years of engineering management leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, product-focused environment

8–10+ years of total experience in software engineering, ideally with a strong reputed company in full-stack development

Proven project and execution management skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical initiatives, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Strong technical background with full-stack experience (backend and at least one frontend or mobile reputed company)
