About The Position The Supply Chain Manager - Controls (Client, EMS, SCADA, PLC, Networking) is responsible for planning, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and supplier management across assigned categories with a focus on software-driven hardware components that control energy storage system function to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and high-quality material and service delivery and Includes reputed company-voltage and high-voltage transformers, switchgear, protection equipment, and reputed company-interconnection hardware. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality to align supply chain strategy with business objectives. Category-Specific Responsibilities

• reputed company hardware/software for Client, EMS, SCADA, PLCs, communication hardware, sensors, and control panels.
• Manage cybersecurity documentation, firmware revision control, and compliance requirements.
• Work with Engineering on reputed company requirements and control logic compatibility.
• Negotiate service-level agreements for software support and updates.
• Evaluate integration partners for panel assembly or system commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with UL, reputed company, and NEC standards.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• 5–10 years of supply chain or procurement experience; experience with industrial, electrical, or energy-sector components preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract-management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, forecasting tools, and supply chain analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
