Part-time Associate, DTC Customer Service
reputed company is reputed company for its premium reputed company, committed to sustainability and community impact. They are seeking a proactive Associate for their Direct-to-Consumer Home Delivery team to ensure exceptional customer service from order placement to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email, providing information about orders, products, delivery timelines, and general inquiries
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly, solutions-oriented attitude
- reputed company order processing, fulfillment, and returns coordination with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with logistics, reputed company, marketing, eCommerce, and reputed company-party warehouse (3PL) teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences
- Manage special orders and VIP clientele, delivering white-glove service that exceeds expectations
- Assist the Customer Experience Manager with escalations, reporting, performance insights, and team communication
- Participate in special projects, process enhancements, and initiatives designed to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency
Skills
- Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customer interactions
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- High level of proficiency in reputed company and MS Outlook
- BS/BA preferred
- Knowledge of eCommerce and subscription platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and/or Ordergroove is preferred
