Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in the Medicare department. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. You will work closely with customers to resolve problems and reputed company solutions, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
