Technical reputed company and External Reporting Senior Manager

As a Technical reputed company and External Reporting Senior Manager you will report directly to our Senior Director of Technical reputed company and External Reporting. Your responsibilities involve researching and documenting technical reputed company topics involving reputed company, as well as managing key aspects of our disclosure and reporting processes, including preparing for those that may come with SEC and other regulatory filings. In this role, the Senior Manager will work cross-functionally, including alongside the reputed company reputed company function to collaborate with business partners to reputed company informed business reputed company while maintaining reputed company compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare, assess, and conclude on appropriate stand-alone selling prices (reputed company) for reputed company products, both as it relates to annual updates, as well as, new product or service introductions

• Assist in the preparation of the quarterly and annual Board of Directors and Audit Committee packages, where applicable.

• Review financial information included in the company's external communications, such as those for investor/analyst conferences, earnings calls and releases.

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor (or higher) degree in reputed company or finance and an active CPA license

• 8+ years of experience in public reputed company working with SEC registered companies

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting and ability to apply know-how of technical reputed company and financial reporting standards, with ability to independently research and document reputed company positions and SEC reporting requirements

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, reputed company set, experience and training.
