Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Operations team on a part-time reputed company. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, applying the latest customer service techniques, and learning our account management systems. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home office.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
- Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
- Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
- Maintaining punctuality and reliability, including availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
- Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Required Skills and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Language Skills:
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions + Ability to project a confident, clear, and professional telephone reputed company + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a positive, professional manner
- Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
- Computer Skills:
+ Knowledge of basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company + Ability to type at least 40wpm
- Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required + 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
Network Requirements

- Saturday & reputed company: 7:00AM-12:00PM
- Saturdays Only: 4:00PM-10:00PM
- Saturday & reputed company: 10:00AM-5:00PM
- Saturday & reputed company: 8:00AM-4:00PM
- Saturday & reputed company: 3:00PM-11:00PM
