Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Schedule and Training
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Note: Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: $16.20/hr
- Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or reputed company-reputed company industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using computer software and technology to document calls and maintain accurate records
