Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in our debt resolution program. You'll work closely with our Client Services Team to reputed company exceptional customer service, resolve client questions and concerns, and drive retention goals. Responsibilities
* Work as part of the Client Services Team to reputed company the highest level of customer service and deliver on retention goals.
- Ensure reputed company client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly reputed company phone and email.
- Build rapport and trust with clients through reputed company and transparent communication, using our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and reputed company.
- Assist with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client's reputed company in completing the program and other key retention activities throughout the program.
- Take and manage escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other supporting departments to ensure our client's reputed company in the program.

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required

- 1 year of Customer Service experience required, call center experience preferred
- Reliable Internet Speeds Required

- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

- Experience working in an administrative or customer service reputed company
- Financial services experience, especially banking, personal loans, and credit card experience a plus
