Job Summary
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for supporting data enrichment tasks for one of our reputed company clients. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the data, and you'll be a key contributor to our quality control process. This is a full-time, 100% remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, as required
- Verify information provided to our client by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-reputed company information
- Complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, including data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
- Review and complete tasks in a timely and quality manner

- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the data

Qualifications
* Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes
- Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or reputed company sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
- Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work with process and information changes
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
