This position is part of the Data Innovation Group reputed company the Data Innovation Division at arenaflex. As an IT Technician, you'll be responsible for supporting employees in reputed company aspects of end-user computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals
- Answer customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk
- Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
- Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools
- Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-reputed company issues
- Record customer interactions in incident management software, including resource management
- Recover data from hard drives or reputed company data migration
- Maintain remote reputed company for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations
- Install and configure local and network-based printers

What you'll need for reputed company:

Essential Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience/training + 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues + First-hand experience supporting workstations in a reputed company/TCPIP environment
Preferred Qualifications:
+ A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification or higher + Past IT experience in an aircraft/airport environment + Familiarity with workflow and tagging systems + Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
