Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities
* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional patient care
- Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into a suitable system
- Handle patient medicine demands reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling
- Investigate to obtain missing solution data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)

- Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and reputed company outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company

Essential Qualifications
* High school certificate or GED

- Ability to convey recorded as a hard copy and verbally
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center climate
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
- Experience providing customer care to inside and reputed company clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of consumer satisfaction
- Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
