Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a temporary reputed company, with excellent potential for permanent employment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients, answering calls and responding to queries, and assisting customers with medical insurance questions. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
  • Accurately documenting call content in reputed company-time to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping
  • Providing solutions to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to reputed company informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Schedule

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home, and your schedule will be as follows:

  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have at least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
