The Role
As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages (reputed company, Danish, or Norwegian) through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. Location and Working Hours
This role is available for remote work reputed company the Baltic region or from one of our offices in Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, and Daugavpils. You'll work in 8.5-hour shifts, which may include both weekdays and weekends.
