What You'll Be Doing

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience. Your passion and strong product and brand knowledge will shine through as you:

  • Recommend upgrades to customers' health plans with reputed company and understanding

  • Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong reputed company in communication and problem-solving
  • Computer experience, with a reliable high-speed internet reputed company (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative), as well as a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
